All amounts owed to Us for subscriptions are non-cancellable and any subscription fees paid are non-refundable.
Your subscription will be for a fixed term of limited length, the length of which should be indicated at the time of purchase and should be reflected on your confirmation of purchase. If you require information on the length of your subscription at any time please contact Us on hello@kojima.je and We will determine and confirm the length of your subscription period.
At the end of your subscription period, you can renew or vary your subscription. We cannot guarantee that any renewal or variation will be on the same terms, or for the same fees as your previous subscription. Certain subscriptions may have the option of automatically renewing. If you wish to terminate your subscription prior to the renewal of the subscription plan you may do so by contacting Us on hello@kojima.je. When you cancel your subscription, your subscription will remain active during the current period of your subscription but your subscription will not thereafter be renewed.
We may change the price for the subscription services from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you. Price changes for subscription services will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. By continuing to use the subscription services after the price change takes effect, you accept the new price.
We may in our sole discretion suspend or terminate your subscription and refuse any and all current or future use of the subscribed services at any time as a result of your breach of this agreement or for any other reason.
Upon termination or expiry of a subscription, We will cease providing the subscription services to you.
Our Site is directed to people residing in the Channel Islands and the British Isles. We do not represent that content available on or through Our Site is appropriate for use or available in other locations.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by Us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
