Hannah grew up in Jersey. She graduated from the University of Bath, UK with a BSc and MSc in Psychology related disciplines. Winning a year-long internship at Harvard University, USA. Her career in Jersey began in consultancy, specialising in psychometrics. Moving on to specialise in reward packages in Jersey and Guernsey, she worked primarily with finance and utility companies. Hannah obtained her MSc in HR Management and achieved Chartered MCIPD status. Moving on to work directly for Government, Hannah gained experience in several larger scale reward and organisational change initiatives working with various professions and trade unions.
Start Up - Award 2020
Hannah recognised the need, in her island home, for a strong evidence-based HR and reward consultancy. That’s why she founded Kojima – meaning ‘small island.’ She has led on Kojima’s development since its start up in 2017, which now provides services in Jersey, Guernsey and the Cayman Islands. Hannah won the IoD Jersey Director of the Year – Start Up – Award 2020.
Kojima works with a number of associates and partner organisations, drawing on their complementary skills, and local or specialist knowledge.
